about me

I have been designing and developing websites for 9 years now. I really love what I do I continually learn new things, meet some great people and find challenges around every corner.

Since January, I have been focusing primarily on my freelance work until the right full-time opportunity comes along. I have worked in "corporate america" and for smaller companies. I feel like each experience has helped make me who I am today. I have been Chief Technical Architect, Senior Designer, Office Manager and almost everything in between. I have headed up teams, flew solo and have loved all of it.

I am excited to see how the design and development landscape changes with new technologies and will continue to challenge myself on a daily basis.

my skills

Technical: XHTML/HTML/CSS. Jr. level PHP development, Coding Myspace pages, basic Javascript writing and use of jQuery libraries. I have also design a ton of WordPress themes and nifty working within The Loop. Also specialize in product development and eCommerce design and management through many platforms.

Visual: Usability, template design, eCommerce design and development, logo design, eBook design, video editing.

Marketing: Social Media extraordinaire, knowledge of solid SEM/SEO principals, setting up press releases, writing, email marketing, targeted landing pages and more.
